Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

You can relax on a 4,000 m² natural property. A break in nature and yet close to Wismar, Rostock, Warnemünde and the Baltic Sea. The house has 3 bedrooms for a total of 10 people. In the living room, there is a fireplace. There is also a kitchen and dining room, as well as 2 bathrooms.

An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

Here you enter a completely separate universe on the edge of the property with a unique view of the nature reserve. It is a place made for retreat and encounter with oneself and hidden archaic wisdoms but also for reading, writing, painting, dancing or simply looking into the distance, dreaming.
