Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

At 150 meters you have the mouth of the Alto de Extremadura metro and just next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, there is also a night line that leaves from the Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, pastry,bank, etc., so that you do not lack for anything. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.
