Chez Val: Studio with garden

Welcome to "Chez Val ", My studio is attached to my house. Everything is new and I made it a point to make it a warm place for a pleasant stopover. It has a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping is comfortable thanks to a new sofa bed with a 14 cm Simmons mattress. Parking space on site (the gate is closed and secure). The environment is quiet, 2 km from the northern exit of Villefranche and 1 km from the city center.

The house is functional, located in a quiet area with a beautiful view on the Beaujolais.It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A swimming pool of 9.5 m by 4 meters with a south facing exposure. I provide bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover) I provide towels. I do not provide beach towels.
