Très belle maison en pierres sur deux niveaux, mitoyenne d'un côté refaite à neuf. En dessous du château de Montmelas, au coeur du hameau en pierres dorées au charme fou. Venez vous ressourcer, faire des randonnées dans le beaujolais, visiter le château, gouter les vins du terroir. Très belle vue sur le beaujolais et sur la vallée de la Saône. Lieu très calme et paisible. Tranquillité assurée dans ce petit hameau. Vous pouvez vous promener dans le parc du château . Garer vous devant la maison!

Chez Val: Studio with garden

Mon studio se situe en mitoyenneté avec ma maison . Tout est neuf et j'ai mis un point d'honneur à en faire un lieu chaleureux pour une halte agréable. ( petit coin cuisine et belle salle de bain) . Le couchage grâce à un BZ avec un matelas Simmons permet de dormir confortablement .Le studio est au Nord donc bien tempéré (avec ventilateur) Emplacement de parking sur place (portail fermé et sécurisé ). L'environnement est calme à 2 km de la sortie nord de Villefranche et à 1km du centre ville .

A unique and peaceful newly renovated property nestled in the heart of the golden stone region, it's just 10 minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 40 minutes from Lyon. The house was built in the 17th century by a lord of the Order of Malta to establish his own village. A private outdoor area is available for your use, complete with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal)
