Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Loch Insh is 3 miles away. Highland wildlife park is a superb nearby attraction. It is an ideal location for all nature lovers, walkers and cyclists.

The Old School, Insh

The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Insh in Strathspey with the Cairngorm Mountains on one side and the Monadhliath Mountains to the west. The cottage adjoins the famous Insh Marshes Bird Reserve. There are several good golf courses nearby. fishing is also available and the whole area is very scenic and perfect for walking. Three miles away is beautiful Loch Insh where water sports are available.
