Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. We also offer discounts for guests staying weekly (7+nights) or monthly (28+ nights)

Kathy’s place was wonderful. Let’s start with the basics: ✅ It’s clean, simple (in the best way), and very accommodating. We ate in for quite a few meals, so appreciated the well appointed kitchen. ✅ The beds are comfortable! ✅ staying here felt like stepping into our own second home. We lacked for nothing. That’s impressive. ✅ fast wifi ✅ it’s quiet and peaceful, and truly allows one to vacate and relax. ✅ Kathy was immediately available with any questions we had, and there is a note in the space for clarity on everything you’ll need to know about the house. Other stuff: 🚤 The view, of course, is spectacular, surrounded by woods ✅ We felt safe to walk anywhere in the neighborhood and in every adjacent town day or night. This includes the forests and big beaches. ✅ coming from big Texas, it was positively euphoric to go to the woods, then walk on the beach plus grocery and returning to the house in roughly a 10 mi.² radius. Truly spectacular in my book. Thank you Kath

This condo was beautiful with nice views and felt safe and secure. The only issue we had was we were unable to watch either of the televisions, after several attempts ... we gave up. Everything else was great and exactly as described.

Bay Street Bridge Condo

Had a great time. Both my wife and I and our other friends as a couple really enjoyed the place. The day we checked in it turned out the lockbox was broken. The door was actually open, which I didn’t realize and Lindsey had left the key upstairs, but that got resolved pretty quickly. It’s an excellent location, so convenient to downtown Florence and great parking. It’s also wonderful because it’s really an isolated unit with nobody above us or below us the only things I might’ve wanted to like more is maybe more kitchen condiments or perhaps other plates or utensils but it was very nice. The only thing I’d really like to make a point of is I think the listing is an accurate in terms of the beds themselves? They’re not queen beds they’re full-size beds. They have the length of a queen bed but the width of a smaller bed. Just an FYI overall I was very happy. I love the location and the amenities of the house was great for two couples.

Our little lake front cabana was as cute as button, clean and nicely decorated. We loved the area, location and especially the views. The dock and lake was simply stunning. The property was easy to find, peaceful and tranquil. Would love to come back in the summer for some lake activities.
