Soroba Farm Bothy, small cottage, sleeps two.

Surrounded by green fields but just over one mile from Oban town center Soroba Farm Bothy* has everything you need for a relaxing stay. While retaining orginal features the converted Bothy has comfortable seating, a log burner and kitchenette. There is ladder access to a luxurious king sized bed, private bathroom, use of fridge and microwave, outside seating and off road parking. This renovated one bedroom flat is situated in a historic building in the centre of Oban. It is located on the first floor with views to front and rear through large windows. It is ideal for visitors who want the convenience of staying in the town, with all facilities, shops and transport links within a couple of minutes walk. It is in a quiet area but close to restaurants, pubs and the harbour. The bathroom has a bath and shower. See parking information in "Other details to note" below.

Shepherd's Hut near Oban

Get away from it all in our shepherd's hut located just outside the village of Connel and only a ten minute drive from the bustling seaside town of Oban. The accommodation is located on our family croft (we live on site near to the shepherds hut) with ducks, hens, Hebridean sheep and our two ponies as your closest neighbours. We are surrounded by abundant wildlife such as pine martens and red deer and have outstanding views over unspoiled countryside towards the slopes of Ben Cruachan.

Pennyfuir Pods No.1 (near Oban)

Our glamping pods are situated in our garden, just next to the main road into Oban with access to 24hour garage / shop 2 min walk away. Our garden has a brilliant access path to the hill behind which gives gorgeous views of Dunstaffnage Castle. we live on sight so are on hand for any queries. The Pod is well insulated and has a wall heater that isn't needed much in the summer months. They are cosy and comfortable for up to 4 people. (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, 1 x sofa bed).

Tom’s House - peace, quiet and wildlife - in Oban!

Tom’s House is set in a large leafy garden, a 6 minute walk to Oban town centre. Private and peaceful in the garden of Terok Nor. Red squirrels, woodpeckers and roe deer - with fawn at foot are regular visitors at present. Parking on site is spacious. There is so much to do in the Oban area, ferries, castles, whales, dolphins, puffins, walking, beaches, watching .....great food - exceptional sea food and the oldest distillery in Scotland, wonderful whisky - what more can you ask?

A charming riverside cottage in rural countryside. A quiet peaceful area, but at the same time only 5 miles from all the amenities of Oban. Due to its location there are no pavements or street lighting, and peace is all around you. Most of our guests arrive late, so we supply you with Fresh Bread, Jam, Marmalade. butter and milk and biscuits so you can freshen up before venturing out and about On the house.

Fully renovated first floor flat in a residential area just a five minute walk to Oban town centre. The flat has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. perfect for exploring Oban and the surrounding area. There are a number of supermarkets just a short walk away. If your coming by car you can usually get free on street parking opposite the flat or on the adjacent streets.

Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.
