This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe. Underfloor heating in all rooms. The bedroom has carpeting. All other rooms are tiled.

This stylish home is perfect for group travel. Up to 8 people are welcome to stay in the apartment. The pool can be used from May (when it is frost-free); sauna €20.00 per person, each additional person €10.00, including towel. IMPORTANT Pets are only allowed if an extra cleaning fee of €50 is paid upon arrival.

The cozy, completely separate guest room with a small kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance is located in a newly designed residential building on a park-like property. In good weather, a balcony is available. A sofa bed (French size) offers a couple good sleeping options.

The entire house is at our guests' disposal. In the house there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet with a floor-level shower and sink. Two terraces (one facing east-north-east and one facing west-south-west) offer sun or shade all day.
