The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Airport M.A.M. is located in Velika Gorica, 4.5 km from Zagreb Airport, 1.2 km from Velika Gorica football stadium, 15 km from the center of Zagreb. The quickest way to get to the apartment is by taxi Bolt or Uber or bus line 290. There is a fast bus 268 to the center of Zagreb. There are two units in the building, a studio and a room.
