No traffic, the house is last on the street. To get down to the beach, take the path across the meadow. Shallow beach. About 1km to shop. In the harbor, 1.5 km there is a restaurant, pizzeria, fishing boats and a pier where you can stand and fish yourself. Crab fish is fine. Proximity to several golf courses.
