The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Welcome! The guest apartment (approx. 50 square meters) is located in the basement of our house - enough space for our guests to feel comfortable in their own area. Included in the price is the visitor's tax to the municipality of Glottertal. From two nights (only for tourist stays) you will receive the KONUS card, with which you can use public transport free of charge throughout the Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R parking spaces in Freiburg.

Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. Bright studio apartment in a listed and renovated Wilhelminian villa in the quiet Freiburg villa district of Wiehre. The center is 600 m away. There are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping in the area. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including a dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). The apartment also includes a new, modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

As a starting point for activities of all kinds, the location is ideal. You can hike directly from the house or get on the next bus to your destination at the nearby stop. For guests with a car, the travel time to most attractions in the Black Forest is less than 45 minutes.

Public transport and a bakery are nearby. 10 minutes to Emmendingen city center (bus or car), approx. 15 min. to Freiburg (train or car), approx. 30 min. to Europa-Park in Rust (car). Nearby there is a quarry lake (swimming is allowed)
