Holiday rentals with a patio in Gloucester County

No complaints, everything went extremely smoothly and the place was immaculate.

My adult son said this was the best airbnb pick I'd made over the years! We rested AND had fun switching between pickleball, basketball, putting and kayaking. Kitchen was the perfect size and had all the basics for cooking a full meal. Beds were comfortable, roomy and every room had great views of the water and property. We loved everything about our stay

The suite was as pictured and bigger than expected. Actually two adjoining suites, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. I didn’t need all the extra space but if you’ve got more people it’s a great deal! Check-in at the resort was very easy and staff there were responsive to questions.

Great place to stay while visiting Williamsburg. Keep in mind that Wyndham is going to try to sell you a timeshare. 😀

Beautiful ground floor condo close to everything in Williamsburg. Condo is nicely equipped for a short to medium stay. Bed is comfortable and shower has great water pressure and amenities. Pool is a short walk away, with pool towels provided. Wyndham did call me and ask me to do a timeshare presentation, but they were cordial and didn’t pushed when I declined. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the Williamsburg area.

This worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and was helpful to have the pool and a playground right there and walkable. Would stay here again!

Would definitely recommend and stay at Betina's place in the future. Great host and communicator. She made this process very easy and stress-free. We had an excellent time on our stay. The resort condo was beautiful, extremely nice, spotless, clean, and felt right at home. The location is great and our family had a great time on our vacation. The location is only few minutes from historic district of Williamsburg. It's close to many great restaurants and attractions. It is in a perfect location.

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! My family and I enjoyed this place very much and plan to come back for our anniversary . It was very peaceful although some of the neighbors were doing some type of drill work late at night and startled our sleeping 2 year old . Other than that I felt at home #countrygirl

Everything about this place was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity possible. The grounds and river views were simply magnificent. Our only regret was that we couldn’t have stayed at least one more day. We would love to book again - maybe next year.

Great host, clear communication. The stay was great for our children as it’s very walkable into town. The home was very clean and everything was easy to find. It was also a last minute booking at Chip made sure we were able to check in early when requested. 100% recommend!

Absolutely amazing! This is a beautiful home that is super clean, adorable, comfortable and cozy. Even though it was a tiny home, the back bedroom had the perfect amount of space for my 4 month old’s pack & play for him to sleep beside the bed! Brent was responsive, friendly, helpful, and a great host! 10/10 recommend - would gladly come back again!

Chris was an excellent communicator. His place looked EXACTLY like the pictures. The setting is so serene and offered the right mix of Peace for working adults and fun activities for kids. The guest handbook was very helpful in identifying local good eats and things to do. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything about the space was thoughtful—from the intentional setup to the little touches that made it feel so warm and inviting. We had everything we needed and more. The kids had a blast, and the adults got a much-needed break. It’s the kind of place you find yourself already planning to return to before you’ve even left. Definitely a 5-star stay. Highly recommend!

This is truly a hidden gem in Cape Charles! We recently stayed for the long holiday weekend and loved every minute of our trip. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be better. We enjoyed having the ability to walk around town and have stores and restaurants so close by. The host was friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The host was very responsive when I messaged her. We only stayed one night for an event we were attending in Williamsburg, but this would be a very nice place to stay for longer period of time.

Nickie's place was excellent for our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. It had all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

Gayle’s place was perfect for our family of 7. Each bedroom having their bathroom was fantastic! The decor of the condo was fabulous, and the grounds were gorgeous! Great for a daily walk. The waters view was beautiful! There was every cleaning product you could ever want, which I loved. Whenever, I travel, I always re-wipe everything down (weird- but a bit of a germ a phobia ). Also, the condo is well stocked with all the essentials of a home away from home. The washer/dryer with stocked laundry detergent was a bonus. I went home with clean clothes.-jackpot! The condo is perfectly situated between all the attractions. Colonial Williamsburg, Merchant Square, Jamestown settlement, and Bush Gardens was a pretty and easy 10 -15 ride. Harris Teeter grocery store is 5 mins from Kingsmill. There was a Wawa and Dunkin close by as well. Gayle was most responsive. Any questions, I had, she got back to me immediately. One of the best vacation stays for us!
