This 80-square-meter (861-square-foot) house is located on a large, fenced-in plot. The interior has been designed to combine comfort with a unique atmosphere. A spacious, large living room, an open mezzanine, wooden stairs, and a brick wall give the interior a loft-like feel. The home is fully equipped. For those interested, a Jacuzzi is available [minimum 2 nights, for a fee]—perfect for evening relaxation.

Stefanówka is a wooden, atmospheric cottage for a maximum of 6 people, located in Ślemień, which is located in the Żywiec Landscape Park. Ślemień is a small, picturesque mountain village, located in the landscape park of the Little Beskids, in the valley of the Łękawka River, near Żywiec and Żywiec Lake. It is an ideal place for hiking and cycling on the low but charming peaks of the Little and Middle Beskids, from which there are wonderful panoramas of the Żywiec Beskids
