The cottage is located on a fenced plot (2,600 m²) with a fruit orchard, surrounded by forest, featuring an illuminated recreational field, a playground, and a fire pit, near the Trzebiochy River and Lake Żołnowo. The cottage is located on the Lower Raduń Lake, which is part of the Raduń Circle - a tourist route for lovers of kayaking. The cottage has a garden sauna for 4 people, an electric stove, oils, hats The 50 sqm house has a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed downstairs. In the living room there is a sofa bed. Upstairs there is a spacious mezzanine with a sleeping area for 2 people.
