Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

Spacious brand-new riverside apartment + balcony

The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

Apartment near the lake and mountains

Greetings from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the house for free. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants and our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. In summer with a bikini and in winter with skis, everything is easily accessible. We look forward to it! Family Kaya

Communication was smooth. Very pleasant and cozy accommodation in a small cabin, beautiful garden and view, plenty of trips to the area. For longer stays, please note that there is no wardrobe and there is only one sink in the kitchen (there is no sink in the bathroom). There is a stove in the kitchen, but no oven or microwave.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ekaterina's property in Gmunden, and I am pleased to share that the experience exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The convenient location added a special touch to the overall experience. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the booking and stay. Ekaterina was responsive, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The neighborhood was quiet and vibrant, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local attractions. Overall I would highly recommend this accommodation to future guests, seeking a relaxing and well appointed place to stay in Gmunden.

Beautiful holiday home on the shores of Lake Traunstein. Magnificent view of the lake and mountains from the living room or terrace. In 1 minute you can reach the house's own, private lake access, which is perfect for relaxing after a city or mountain hike. Hostess Herta was friendly, helpful and explained everything well and immediately helped if there were questions. We'd love to come back. Regards

We had a fantastic stay at Franz’s apartment! The place is very nice and comfy, spotlessly clean, and just a short 10-minute walk from the center of Gmunden. Communication with Franz was excellent—very friendly and responsive. The kitchen was a highlight: incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation was nice, with a beautiful view and a great location. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. During our stay, there were a few issues - specifically with hot water, and also the fact that they started trimming the hedge at 7:00 AM on Saturday. But these things can happen, after contacting the host, she quickly addressed the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. She also later brought us the dishwasher pods that were missing in the apartment. Despite these complications, I would recommend the accommodation. :)
