Very nice apartment and quiet neighborhood with a stop and Lidl right next door. The only downside is that the apartment is in the attic and if you are not careful, you can hit your head on the beam.

I highly recommend everything you need, from iron, tea to washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. You had a great stay.

Very nice, comfortable apartment in nice neighborhood. If you want to explore Poznan and the surrounding area and have a car, this is the perfect option.

The room was clean with Natural light, his mom helped to get a local taxi since the normal taxi usually start late in certain days . Everything is walkable distance surrounded by nature . Vey livable and quiet .

Very nice lady, communicative, helpful, understanding. And the apartment is clean, tidy and there were even toys for children, which was a positive surprise :) Highly recommended :)

The location of the apartment could not have been better. It's situated in a calm area adorned with delightful local restaurants and cafes, and I found myself within walking distance to key attractions. It was a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. As for the apartment itself, it was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The quiet atmosphere, beautiful natural light, and overall ambiance made it a wonderful place for relaxation after a day of exploring. I am eagerly looking forward to my next trip, and I will definitely be staying at this place again. A big thank you to Armand for making my visit so enjoyable and stress-free!

My family and I stayed one night, but the conditions are great, it's very clean and tidy. Parking for car in front of the building. I don't know the details of the neighborhood, but I highly recommend the place to stay.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we have stayed in. The entire building was pristine - inside and out. Even the entry and stairway were spic-and-span! The standard of care was truly remarkable. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Great apartment, smells like new. Well connected. Please note that the estate is under construction. Generally great, you will feel at home. I highly recommend it.

Was a beautiful place. All the amenities were as advertised. The host was so respectful and helpful. Also the Centre is within 15 min walking distance so we barely even had to use our car. So much great food and things to do in the local area. Was by far 1 of the best stays I've ever had. Would highly recommend

awesome location, near bike way. can Walk to city center along cosy bank of small river and reach sights, and authentic cafes with 30 mins. fenced territory of neighbourhood with playgrounds inside and outside the fense. perfect place for a couple with a child or two. ideal if you have a bike - can reach all over Poznan in a healthy and fun route!

I stayed with Maria for the second time, as with the first time everything was fine, I'd be happy to come back.

Kind apartment by the pools, the view is great. Cozy, quiet, nearby tram stops, shops, guarded courtyards, batteries work, fast wifi, lots of dishes (except for the rayon, and the kitchen board needs to be replaced). Neighbors are decent, felt safe here. There were two of us, and if there were more, there would not be enough kitchen chairs. The disadvantages are old repairs in places, there is no microwave.
