Beautiful large Beach Front House

Enjoy waking up from any bedroom with a view of the ocean. Have your coffee on the balcony of your bedroom or downstairs in a large den full of Windows with ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that share a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. Downstairs has a wall of windows that also has an unobstructed view of the Ocean. The house is located in an upscale subdivision in Crystal beach. In Crystal beach you can rent golf carts to drive on the beach which is why I chose Crystal beach instead of Galveston.

The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

BEACHFRONT beauty: 3 bedroom/2 baths & fully fenced yard. Sleeps 12. Master has 1 king-sized bed, guest room has 2 queen size beds, the bunk room has 2 twin over full bunk beds. All rooms have smart tvs for your steaming needs! The large gated deck has ample seating and unobstructed views. The downstairs area features a custom bar with seating, large family picnic table and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill and fish cleaning station. Provide both satellite TV and WiFi. DOG FRIENDLY!!!

It sits right ON THE BEACH with unobstructed ocean views nestled behind the sand dunes with a quaint path leading directly to the beach. Shell Yeah! is a clean, strong beach house made for a real vacation. The rooms are open and bright. From the deck you see the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. The house sits in a good place to reach all parts of the peninsula. Outside there are chairs to sit and talk, a playscape for the children, and a luggage lift you can use for an extra fee.
