A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

🚴 CYCLISTS WELCOME! The cozy apartment is located on a quiet market square in the lively city center "Am Narrenbrunnen" is located. Within walking distance are the amenities of daily life. In the immediate vicinity, you can visit numerous restaurants and cafes, or enjoy a break on your own terrace. Excursions and cycling in the surrounding area are very popular. The new European cycle path connects Kleve with the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.

Country apartment in the countryside

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. A cozy cycling weekend with an excursion to the neighboring country or a vacation with the whole family. Barbecuing in the orchard. Everything is possible. Nothing is mandatory! The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

Wolhalla in historic farmhouse

In the barn of our historic 1489 farmhouse you will sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drents heideschaap. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bath and cooking area – perfect for relaxing. Outside you will find a fire pit with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling off. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.

Couples will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The interior design is unique and inspiring. Horses graze on the surrounding meadows. The nature reserve, the European cycle path and a bus stop are 300 meters away. The Reichswald can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. A gym is about 500 m away. Nijmegen and Kleve are easily accessible by bike and bus. The Köller-Müller, Kurhaus Kleve and Moyland museums are not far away

FARM STAY IN NP DE MAASDUINEN

Hoeve Aldenhof is located in the National Park De Maasduinen and is part of the Bleijenbeek estate. The loft is located on the upper floor of the farmhouse. You have views of the castle ruin and the meandering Eckeltse creek from the loft. With any luck, you'll see a beaver or das go by early. Walk, bike, golf or eat to your heart's content in/out of nature. And above all, take a break back to this unique, soothing spot.

Joie de vivre

In November 2019, we completed our modern holiday home for 2 families. This apartment is on the attic and is 32 sqm. The house is in a quiet and surrounded by nature location. The Niers is about 900m away and invites for hiking, cycling and paddling. Near about 200 m there is a large swimming and natural outdoor pool with a great sauna landscape.
