A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

We are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday hectic life yet close enough to the main highway for easy commuting to the many nearby attractions. The is the perfect location to use as your launchpad to explore the country, Villa Azul (Villa Blue) Graça is located very close to the geographic centre of beautiful Portugal.

Castanheira de Pera is a wonderful place to explore this lovely area from. Praia das Rocas is just five minutes away. Visit the romantic shist villages in the Lousa mountains, the historic country towns nearby, swim in the small river beaches or boat on the nearby lake. Just step outside the house onto long walking trails, go cycling on the forest tracks or just sip a glass of local wine and enjoy the unbelievable views. There are summer festas and weekly markets in most of the local villages.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

House with open-plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed on the ground floor, the other with 2 single beds on the upper floor, and 1 bathroom. It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).

Patio doors open out to your private pool area with Orange and Grapefruit trees.

It includes fiber TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Washing machine available in the laundry room. Stone immersion pool naturally heated by the sun. In the garden, armchairs, tables, and a barbecue area. Just 60 km from Coimbra and 170 km from Porto.

Vale do Ninho | Cuckoo House

Spacious, independent house with large window opening to the private terrace and garden and shared pool. It has a full kitchen and an independent bedroom with a terrace overlooking the mountains and the valley. It also has 2 single beds in the living areas. Insulated with cork and wood, it has heated floors, a fireplace and forced ventilation of hot or cold air. Optional baby crib bedding and towel costs an additional €10 per night.
