Host was sooooo lovely ! Property was bigger than we were expecting which was great bonus. Perfect location. Beautiful streets We had a plumbing issue which was rectified within the hour of advising the host. They are very quick to respond to any queries we had. I could not recommend rate this accommodation and the host any higher.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place, the location and the host! She was very friendly and very accommodating to our check in and out times. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Galata tower. Thank you for such a great stay!

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

We had an amazing stay in Istanbul! The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal — very close to the Suleymaniye Mosque and within walking distance to the tram, which can take you anywhere. Serhad was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly like the photos. We had to book last minute as our reserved accommodation let us down and Edis was so helpful and responsive! It was a huge relief to find somewhere so comfortable. Lovely to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!

It was a good apartment with a beautiful view! The stairs up and down to the tram were a challenge. Have a great workout! It is not suitable if you have difficulty climbing stairs. We will definitely recommend this space. The communication with Liker was great! He responded immediately and helped us very well.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the iconic Galata Tower, surrounded by charming shops and cozy cafes, with plenty of eateries within 5–10 minutes’ walk. There’s even a lovely café right across the street. The apartment itself felt like a piece of art. Every detail was thoughtfully curated with vintage charm, from the wooden floors to the wooden window panels and the stunning 16th-century-style ceiling. It was warm, unique, and full of character, like stepping into a living gallery. It’s also just a 45-minute drive from IST airport and within walking distance to the Metro and the Galata rooftops, which are perfect for a photoshoot. The building has an elevator that opens directly into the unit, which made things super convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials and had large windows that filled the space with natural light. Huge shoutout to Alatin who is the heartbeat of this place.

This is a truly lovely property—well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The host, Ebru, was exceptionally responsive to all our needs and questions. The property caretaker, Rasim, was incredibly kind and assisted with daily upkeep, making our stay even more comfortable. The living room opens to a charming small garden, and the walls are adorned with beautiful artwork. The rooms are brightly lit with ample storage space. A note for future guests: there’s a large park adjacent to the property, which is currently closed to the public. For those planning a longer stay, please be aware that the kitchen does not have an oven. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and will miss the warm hospitality of Ebru, the neighbours, and the delightful ambience of the place.

cozy apartment on a quiet street, but close walking distance to many great restaurants, sheesha bars, and 15 mins to the Blue Mosque and main square. Seyid gave many great recommendations for places to eat, both local spots and nicer places. great host, and value for stay in Istanbul.

Really can’t fault a lot about this place. Fantastic location with so many shops, cafes, bars nearby. Really quiet apartment - I was high up which helped. The rooftop for beers in evening was lovely - probably my highlight. Host was very responsive - good English and quick to respond with clear instructions Thanks for a great stay

In short, the place is great and worth staying. Walkable distance to the center sightseeings. Few minutes walk to the closest tram station (tho it's a bit of uphill to walk towards the tram station, uphills are common in Istanbul). House was clean and included everything as described, has its own washing and drying room, which was very useful. Local markets, sweets and souvenir/gift shops are also very close, with affordable prices (a lot cheaper then the ones at touristic locations). The apartment is on the 4th floor, excluding ground level floor. There were little noises from restaurants nearby during evening, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, it was great experience, I would happily stay there another time.

Great location , waking distance to many attractions

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

I’ve been in many airbnbs and I have to say that Tao is one of the best for sure. His place is in a top notch location inside of Istanbul and his recommendations made our trip so much better.

It was easy to find. Thanks to the direct location. Overall, it was a good experience. It's in a good place in the neighborhood. It was on the ground floor, but the air conditioning was good, the bathroom was simple and clean, and the refrigerator was cooling very well. The seats were comfortable. I had no privacy issues, which was one of the important points for me. I am satisfied. Thanks again.
