The location is excellent, within walking distance to 2 pubs, the Caislean Oir Hotel (good food), Dannie Minnie's (outstanding food), a couple of takeaways (Pizza at Top Pizza is excellent) and a handy grocery store. It is an excellent base to explore Donegal, within plenty of beaches, tourist spots and scenic drives nearby. The cottage itself is well equipped, with a modern new kitchen, washing machine, air fryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, glasses etc. The homemade scones, milk, butter and jam was a very welcome treat! Central heating was responsive and hot. TV with Netflix app was great for chilling out in the evenings. The living room sofa is very comfortable. 3 double bedrooms with clean, fresh linens and a generous amount of towels and plenty of wardrobe space. The hairdryer was also a convenient bonus. Off street, private parking. The cottage was set back from the road which meant it was safe and quiet. We would most certainly return :)

Lovely spot for a quiet break in Donegal. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and the beds and showers were great. Nice peaceful area if you're looking to switch off. Connal is an absolute gentleman — very easy to communicate with and made everything simple from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage. The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and felt just like home. The setting is absolutely stunning – peaceful, scenic, and close to so many wonderful places to explore. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. Honestly, we loved everything about it – it was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in this part of Ireland.
