Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Golden Beach

The place was very clean and welcoming and close to everything our stay was great would definitely stay here again! Very responsive and helpful as well which was very appreciated!

Comfortable accommodation at a good price. Small and simple, but perfect for my needs. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make my food. Strong AC. The off-street parking out back felt secure. Nice outdoor space to eat my breakfast. 20 minute drive from the Hard Rock Casino where I was attending a work event. I appreciated that they accommodated a late check out, even though I was asked to pay an extra $30 for just one hour which seemed a bit pricey. That said, some Airbnb’s don’t allow it at all, so at least it was an option. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it for a single person or a couple looking for an efficient but comfy place to stay.

I had a great stay! The place offered way more than I expected. The beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were such thoughtful additions, especially for families. The private garden was a lovely spot to relax. It's very close to Walmart and also quite near the beach, which made everything super convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more kitchen essentials for baking, like a proper oven tray or parchment paper. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I loved that the place was so close to most places you would want to go, hassle free parking, outside gate for additional security, and that there was a full kitchen. The most outdated part of the place relative to the other parts in the apartment was the bathroom, it could use some work but it did the job. Overall I would recommend, and if needed to stay in the area again I would consider it as a choice.

Excellent stay and experience with an outstanding host!

This was by far one of the most peaceful places I've stayed with Airbnb. The others were commendable as well but Olga's place was Stellar!! The energy and aura of the home just stole my heart away ❤️ I was there in the city to sight see, visit friends and go out but it was difficult for anyone to get me away from the home 😆 thank you Ms. Olga for being a great host!! I will definitely rebook with you soon.

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary details, so I didn’t encounter any issues. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay in a great location! Maor always made the effort to make sure everything was going well and always asked if I needed anything. The place was very peaceful and clean. I will definitely be coming back.

Ell departamento es tal cual lo describen. La cocina con TODO lo que necesitas, utensilios, platos y copas en gran cantidad. Condimentos y todo tipo de especias, super equipado! El sofá cama lo mejor del Departamento, comodísimo. Lo mejor de todo, las vistas!! impresionante vistas a la bahía! Zona super tranquila, mucha paz, fue especial para nosotros. La comunicación con Yana 100 % desde el inicio, responde de inmediato y fue muy generosa al dejarnos recibir la llave mucho antes de la hora del check in, incluso fue mi hijo a recibirla ya que nosotros llegaríamos tarde por el vuelo. Eso fue un plus! Tres cositas a mejorar: 1 reparar la puerta de vidrio del baño que no cierra. 2. la puerta ventana que da de la habitación al balcón no pudimos abrirla estaba muy dura (pero no nos molestó). 3. No hay jabones para mano ni amenidades para ducha (shampu, crema, y gel de ducha). Quitando esto, merece cada centavo pagado y volveríamos de nuevo a alojarnos ahí. Perfecto!! gracias Yana!

Vi var 6 voksne og en baby som tilbrakte 3 netter i Sunny Isles Beach. Leiligheten var stor og romslig nok for oss alle, flott utsikt og de nødvendige fasilitetene var på plass. Ines var særdeles tilgjengelig og lett å kommunisere med både før og gjennom hele leieoppholdet. Anbefales!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

El departamento es más grande de lo que parece en fotos, una de las habitaciones tiene un peinador, los baños son cómodos, la cocina también. Cada habitación tiene su vestidor con muchas perchas para guardar ropa. Jane fue muy amable, siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. El edificio es hermoso, lo están refaccionando, pero eso no impidió el uso de las instalaciones. La cochera es de fácil acceso. Recomiendo.

El dpto de Marlen está limpio , y era tal como mostró sus fotos. Linda vista a la pileta y muy completa tanto la ropa de cama, como toallas y reposeras para la playa ! La comunicación fue estupenda Lo volvería a elegir

Un lugar espectacular con una vista impresionante y cerca de todo lo que uno necesita. el anfitrión estuvo siempre muy bien dispuesto y además nos permitió ingresar bastante horas antes del check-in. el tema de que haya dos ascensores no fue un problema a pesar de que estuvimos en un fin de semana. Solamente el domingo hubo un problema que se rompió uno de los dos y tuvimos que esperar unas horas porque el otro se usaba para la gente que hacía check in o out. Al final bajamos por la escalera Lo otro que a veces tiene un poco de demora es el vallet parking que cuando hay mucha gente se debe esperar una rato. Pero en definitiva el alojamiento realmente vale la pena y mucho
