Diese schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Gratisparkplatz vor unserem Haus mit Garten bietet viel Platz und liegt in einer sehr sicheren, grünen und ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel und auch das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist relativ schnell und einfach erreichbar. DIe Busstation befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie abhängig vom Verkehr die zahlreichen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15-30 Minuten.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

The apartment is freshly renovated and perfectly suitable for couples, small families or friends traveling together. It offers a fully equipped, new kitchen with its own dining room. The cozy living room is furnished with a Laura Ashley-style seating set and offers space for cozy gatherings. Furthermore, there are 2 cozy bedrooms in the apartment. The brand new bathroom is furnished in a modern style and is equipped with a balcony facing the garden.

Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.

Garden paradise in the Weinviertel

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

Lovely apartment in idyllic cellar lane

Located in an idyllic cellar lane, but only 5 minutes' walk from the train station, is this unique accommodation. The garden consists of several levels and is beautifully integrated into the cellar alley. It is a particularly quiet location, as a forest begins behind the house and the cellar lane is hardly used.
