David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

Fantastic location just outside of Santa Barbara but proximal to the Santa Ynez Valley. Jennifer is a great hostess and her recommendations for food and adventures are fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

This is definitely a family home that is loved and well taken care of. Everything worked perfectly and every detail thought about and explained. The pool and Spa were clean and welcoming and everything we needed for a family gathering was included. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable (especially the beds) - it was very hard to leave!

Brian's place was the perfect spot for our family's celebration of my 65th birthday and my Grandson Sonny's 1st birthday party. My daughter teaches and lives at Dunn School, so Brian's place was within walking distance to her school and downtown Los Olivos. We celebrated my birthday at the area restaurants on Saturday and had Sonny's Party at Brian's place on Sunday. Standouts included a great outdoor grill and spacious outside area for all the guests, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances inside the house, plenty of seating inside and out, outdoor games for kids and adults, an in-ground outdoor fireplace, with s'more ingredients supplied by Brian for the fire. Spa available, maybe we will try it next time:) Brian reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!

The unique layout worked for our group (2 bedrooms (one is a walk-through) are separated from the rest of the house). Beautiful backyard and deck. Super quiet and peaceful. You need to descend a full flight of outdoor stairs to get to the main house and deck. Lovely outdoor spaces in a super convenient location.

The perfect breezy ocean view home for our weekend visit for a wedding in Santa Barbara. Plenty of room for the four of us and we loved exploring Summerland shops and restaurants a just short walk away. And the host is great too!

The backyard was gorgeous with blooming flowers and nice seating. We really enjoyed the landscaping around the house. The Beds were comfortable and had we had everything we needed linens and towels. Communication was great and easy. This is easy to get back and forth from UCSB and all the area around the school. Also great if you are golfing in Goleta.

We traveled to the area for wine tasting and this was a great starting point. The deck, privacy, and view were exactly what we were looking for. As a bonus, there were new fluffy towels and amazing water pressure. Glad we chose this property.

My family was in town for my twins graduation from UCSB. It was an exciting but stressful trip because each had to move out that same weekend. This was an amazing house with a great location and helped make our busy weekend feel less stressful. My family felt right at home and had everything they needed throughout our stay. Scott was very kind and helpful, we would love to stay here again on our next trip to Santa Barbara. Thank you for letting us stay!

Beautiful stay right by the beach (4 of 5 roads surrounding you lead to beach!). Clare’s place is clean and lovely and the patio w/ the hot tub is even nicer than the photos — great spot to work outdoors. Nearby restaurants are wonderful, as are the little market and the local taco trucks. You’re also only about 10mins from all the great Montecito hikes (hot and cold springs, rattlesnake canyon etc). Highly recommend, we had a perfect month long stay. (light sleeper note: trash days are loud and will likely wake you up around 6:30/7 if you’re a light sleeper)

The space itself is tastefully decorated with a warm, welcoming vibe, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host went above and beyond, leaving us a thoughtful note and some snacks, which made us feel right at home. Every detail was considered, and it truly made our trip extra special. Such a beautiful place!!!! The pictures don't do it justice, this was one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The view of the mountains & the secluded location was amazing. He was also very accommodating when I had a question about stay. Would 100% come back!

Lynzi was very responsive when needed! And even though where I stayed was connected to others, it felt very private. It is a beautiful, relaxing, quite, comfortable location & has all essentials! I would recommend letting Lynzi know ahead of time special requests when it comes to beverage nook needs, rental does not have traditional kitchenette, but they compensate for it amazingly!

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at Scott’s air bnb! It was exactly what we needed to visit our Alma mater and spend some time downtown enjoying the great restaurants.

A real gem. Aside from the stuff you can check off on an AirBNB form (clean, stylish, etc), this is a house that obviously was or is lived in, not just a property someone bought to rent out and filled with the shortest possible Target shopping list they could get away with. The kitchen is comprehensively set up with quality appliances and tools, and the bedrooms had actual bedside lamps that you could read by *and* turn off without getting out of bed.

Great house that worked well with two bathrooms and king beds. I took advantage of the hot tub each night. The plastic climbing structure was especially appreciated by our year old!

I personally have always loved the Mesa neighborhood so was super happy with location within walking distance to both park/ocean as well as the main shopping center up there. Quiet & well-appointed studio with sweet private patio, great kitchen & bathroom. Nice decorative touches & immaculately clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Pauline's home! It was cozy, peaceful, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We enjoyed the easy walk to the Douglas Family Preserve, where we were treated to breathtaking ocean views. Best of all was the outdoor space—relaxing in the beautiful garden and gathering around the fire pit made our trip truly memorable.

Adorable beach bungalow! Close to everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara, and host gave great recommendations. Perfect stay for if you need something pet friendly but close to the action! SO clean and adorable interior design.
