Holiday rentals with a patio in Golf Badia

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Very nice contact with the host, responds quickly and friendly. We were able to drop off our suitcase a little earlier, which was great. Received tips on what to do in the area. Apartment is exactly as in the photos; clean and neatly furnished. Amazing view over the sea. Walking to the beach is easy, but if you want to go to the center of Benidorm or Alicante, you have to take into account that this is quite a bit further.

I can highly recommend the accommodation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We had a great time with all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are fantastic. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

The apartment was great – super clean, modernly furnished and very well equipped, including things useful for the beach. High-quality equipment and furniture, all refined in every detail. The pools on the premises are clean, with crystal clear water – a great experience. The host is very nice, kind, committed and in constant contact – you can feel that he really cares about the comfort of the guests. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future!

After arriving at the airport and picking up the rental car and having our arrival time and the license plate number (so that the guard at the gate expected us and could continue driving) to our contact person Patrick, we were very kindly taken care of by Patrick. He gave a great explanation about the apartment, parking space in the garage and the entire complex. Parking in the garage can be seen as a challenge, the parking spaces are tight but can be done, otherwise there is plenty of space outside in front of the apartment. The apartment has enough luxury. The kitchen is complete, beds are top, terrace is very large and equipped with 2 sunbeds, we were 3 and bought a beach chair ourselves. The entire complex is quite quiet. Contact person Patrick was easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. In short, we enjoyed it.

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pines and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.

The villa offers stunning views and everything you need for a great stay. There’s plenty of space both inside and outside the house, including access to a private pool. Special thanks to Irena for her friendly and clear communication! I’ll definitely come back next time — highly recommended!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Great house with everything you need. Clean and tidy. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool and pool area. Air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms, as well as in the living room. This was great when it was over 30 degrees outside! Cecilie responds quickly to all questions and sends good instructions. In this house you can really enjoy yourself, and it is a short distance to Alfaz, Altea and Benidorm. Recommended!

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

The most amazing vacation so far. Recommendations to everyone 10/10. Carmen made our stay unforgettable. Amazing view, hand touching sea. A lot of nice restaurant all over around. Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. 👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! Denia is beautiful 😍
