Featuring a parking space, balcony and all the amenities needed for a successful vacation.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem einzigartigen Schwarzwaldhaus, nur 950 Meter vom Titisee und 20 Gehminuten vom Badeparadies Schwarzwald entfernt. 2019 wurde sie komplett renoviert. Bei der Einrichtung haben wir besonderen Wert auf Gemütlichkeit gelegt. Es erwarten Sie einige kostenfreie Extras, die Ihnen den Aufenthalt verschönern sollen. Silva-Nigra-Chalet for 4 by the pond

The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, water insects, spawning place of numerous frogs and summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony towards the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000m² of west slope is sunny. There is an alpine view towards the south.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.
