Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Göltürkbükü

We stayed for 3 adults, 1 child-4 people in August. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset in a quiet complex. As you can see from the photos, it is in a very high location, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials you need are available, but if you are constantly going to make home-cooked meals, there may be kitchen supplies you need to bring in addition. Also, you will definitely need a car to get to the grocery store or beaches no matter how close it is. There is no air conditioning in the house but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony door so you can let the breeze in by opening the whole place. Considering that you will be sitting on the balcony, it would still be good to take precautions for flies. The pool is gorgeous in one word! Immaculately clean and very calm. Away from the noise and crowds, it's perfect for those who want to relax. Ms. Sakine and her husband, Mr. Cihansever, were very caring and helpful from the first day until our departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

It was one of the cleanest, neat and calm places I've been. It's undoubtedly a place you can choose. As long as I'm on my way, I will continue to stay and definitely recommend it to my surroundings. We are very pleased with the attention and relevance of the employees. He deserves every penny.

I stayed with my family at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time. Everything about the house is perfect. There are facilities to meet all your needs, such as the view, location, etc. Mr. İlhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

The house we stayed in was exactly the same as the one in the ad. We had no problems communicating with the host Mr. Murat. We were happy to have someone who communicated in a self and only necessary way. A house where you can easily come with your pet. The balcony view is magnificent. It is located within walking distance of the Türkbükü beach. The house is located in a beautiful boutique site with a magnificent garden. There is a parking lot and a pool. I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Esra is a wonderful host. Very polite in communication and always helps with problems, if any. For example, he helped us find a hospital where we can get vaccinated and then make an appointment there. The house is fully consistent with the description, live comfortably. The location is excellent, very nice and the sea is 100 meters from the house. The Internet in the house is also good, enough for remote work as a programmer. The only problem was that 2 times the electricity was completely cut off in the city for several hours during the day. But this was due to the construction work that was carried out precisely during our stay. Usually this doesn't happen here.

The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Really nice house with a little pool. Everything was smooth.

Very close to the market, the seaside, the marina, the dolmus passes by the street, it is extremely quiet and peaceful in the tangerine and lemon gardens. When there was no lemon left in the house, it was a very different sense to open the window and collect it from the tree. There was digiturk, and we missed watching TV. The house and kitchen were so beautiful that we spent most of the time in the house. Volkan was also very helpful and a very nice host.

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs, Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

Very nice and quiet accommodation, no disturbance

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I enjoyed it very much. I would love to stay again. There is a clean and beautiful dental environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a beautiful surprise. If you go at the end of May/June, you can eat plenty :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more enjoyable. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could be a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough income for most people, though.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

It was one of the most peaceful and beautiful holidays I have ever had, perhaps the number one. Ms. Başak is a perfect person and very kind and helpful. If you want to come to Bodrum, don't even look at another ad. Location, home, all of them are ŞA-HA-NE. We are very pleased, we love it. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Başak once again.🫶🏻

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much
