On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment has a parking space, separate entrance, a sunny terrace with seating and great views of the Swabian Alps.

We welcome you to our charming 3-room apartment in the suburb of Weilheim in Tübingen. We live in a beautiful old farmhouse, which is located in a dead end street. Directly behind our house the field begins. You live with us and our tenants in the house. We share the front door and the staircase, and now and then we hear each other too. Important: Please always discuss arrival times directly with us.

Ideal for trips to Tübingen or the Alb. Also perfectly equipped for longer stays, for example for commuters. If necessary, the sofa can be folded out so that a 140 × 200 bed surface is created and additional people would have space. For longer stays (>2-3 weeks) it is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the village church and you can hear the church bells.

The apartment is perfect for business travelers or for visiting family or friends here in the region. Mähringen is centrally located between Reutlingen and Tübingen with good connections in all directions.
