A recently renewed building in the garden of our house, accessible with a direct bus from Lille center. An original 40 m² industrial loft, combining Northern bricks and modernity, very quiet, its access to the garden allows to smoke outside. We are solidarity hosts of the #HostForGood network. The benefit of your reservation finances a local NPO for the homeless. The price is for 1/2 persons who use only one double bed. One person more so 3 persons and/or one bed more costs 15€ more.

The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.
