Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gonjiam-eup

The apartment was a tad hard to find, but we eventually got there. There was just a tad confusion with the instructions. I enjoyed the stay. The place was clean and spacious. The apartment is so close to everything in Hongdae and the subway. An ideal location.

The location of the property is very good - there is a walkable neighbourhood with many local and authentic businesses nearby, as well as a major train station with a supermarket and shopping centre only five minutes away. There is a 24 hr 7/11 across the road which was very convenient for late night food! The property was very clean and well maintained, plenty of towels, good AC & a clean and modern kitchen. There is not much noise at night at all, and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind and helped us in choosing transport, and the property is accessible by taxi so very easy to get to and from the airport!

Wesley’s place was very conveniently located for a trip to Seoul to see the nearby sights. It’s right in the middle of Myeongdong which makes it very walkable to nearby sights like Myeongdong night market and many popular restaurants. It’s just up the hill from the metro as well. Wesley does ask you to sort and put out your trash at your own expense which is a little nerve wracking, but when we asked Wesley about it, he said he would help. He is very friendly and helpful in responding quickly to any questions.

The host sent a picture of the location of the accommodation, clearly guided me, and was friendly. As soon as I arrived and entered the accommodation, I exclaimed. I was greeted by a really clean and tidy white interior and a clean mirror that gave me peace of mind. And the bedding was so comfortable that I slept well. Thank you for giving me a peaceful time. 😀😃🙂🙃

Highly recommended It's really, really clean! It's cleaner than most 5-star hotels. Be kind ~! You are thoughtful and considerate. It's a good place to rest. It's quiet. It's comfortable and the air is good. I liked it the most because there was no TV. There are so many books that I wonder if the author is not a writer. By field. By genre. By age group. Section. New. It is evenly equipped. Accessibility is good and Even though everything is nearby I hear the birds singing It was a really nice place to feel like you were with nature. As the host said I wish it was 2 nights instead of 1 night It was a place that left me with regret. ^^

What a beautiful space! Lindsey was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed as well as working with our traveling schedule. The space had all the basic amenities and more! There's a food market near by for grocery shopping and restaurants and cafes all around. Would definitely come again to escape the city

It was🌟 the best accommodation experience! The photos and the actuality were exactly the same, so I felt really good from the moment I arrived. The interior, lighting, and even the bathroom were all neatly and sensibly decorated, so I thought, 'I want to live like this too.' The space was spacious and pleasant, so I was really comfortable throughout my stay, and above all, it was clean overall, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I was so grateful for the help with the late checkout. 😊 Overall, it was a place where you could feel thoughtful consideration and tidy management, and I would definitely like to book it again the next time I come to this area. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? I would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Without a doubt, this place will be my first choice next time I’m in Seoul. Thanks Andy

We had a great time at your place, it is really well located, there is a lot of space, it's super clean and the host is kind. The only issue for me was the noise at night, the isolation is not the best. The curtains are not blackout and let in a lot of light. It is very hot, the air conditioning helps A LOT but makes a lot of noise and light at night. Other than those small details, it is really a very nice place to stay, thank you again!

It was convenient because there were amenities nearby, and nearby cafes and bakeries. Restaurants. There is also a traditional market commercial area, so I enjoyed it quietly and comfortably before heading out. Thank you.

Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. The room is comfortable, warm like home and the location is convenient, but there are only stairs, it is a bit of a struggle to carry luggage

The flat is amazing and filled with everything you need from kitchenware to washing machine. The location is amazingly central. Plus Jason is a great host, responding quick and very flexible in terms of luggage storage and help. Highly recommended and would visit his place if I am back in Seoul again.

I used it as a business trip workshop for two weeks, and I was very satisfied.

So I was looking for a place for theast 3 days in seoul and i wanted to book a home which would give me great views of Seoul. I immediately fell in love with Namsan Balcony, as it provided me a view of Naksan Wall and Namsan tower too. Initially, we found it diffcult to find the place but it was good and clean inside. Unfortunately, the rain played spoil sport and we couldn't njoy the view that I wanted but it has nothing to do with Clement's place. It was super comfortable and cozy, big shout out to the host, very responsive and helpful. The stay at the airbnb was worth it. It's a simple and small abode which will make you feel like you have stepped into a cozy home. Home away from home, is how I would describe it

The room was nice and exactly as advertised. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

I stayed for 6 weeks and had a comfortable stay! It seems to be soundproof. I stayed quietly. The air conditioner works well and the hot water works well, and the washing machine and microwave are in the room. The wifi is also good. If you have any questions, it was nice that they responded quickly. I felt at home. I recommend it!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

It is the best space where you can stay comfortably in Paju. It's especially nice to have a beer while listening to songs because there's a terrace! Bedding, towels, etc. are very clean, and there are all kinds of things that are not available. The best.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Farida’s place was such a gem. She was very responsive to all my queries. She was accommodating and genuinely takes care of our wellbeing. The location of the place is just great. 3 mins walk to Seoul station. Especially useful if you have just arrived or returning to the airport. Many nearby cafes which we truly enjoyed. It is also 5 mins walk to the Seoullo 7017 walking path that can bring you to Namdaemun. The place itself has a good size considering its proximity to the nearby amenities. It is well stocked with our daily necessities. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions. This was my forth time in Seoul but my first time in Farida’s place. Will return here without hesitation for my next visit!
