Appi Family is a single-family house with a wide garden located in the municipality of Capoterra, in the residential district Residenza del Poggio. We are at only 20 minutes from the Cagliari city center and 15 minutes from the airport, a very convenient location to explore the city of Cagliari and the beautiful seaside of the south Sardegna: 1. at only 20 minutes from us, you will find Nora, an old punic city later conquered by the roman empire. Its ruins are located a step away from the crystal clear water of the sea; 2. at only 30 minutes from us, you will find the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula with fine and clear sand; 3. A 45 minutes drive will bring you to one of the most beautiful shores on the Mediterranean sea, the seaside location of Chia with white sand dunes, crystalline sea water, secular junipers and lagoons with multicolored reflections. 4. On the east side, the city of Cagliari, and its beach the Poetto, which is only 30 minutes away. It is also possible to visit the natural park of Monte Arcosu (WWF oasis), one of the few natural parks on the most admired island in the Mediterranean and one of the last realms of the Sardinian deer, a true treasure trove of biodiversity. The late Romanesque church of Santa Barbara and the Romanesque church of Santa Maria in Uta. In addition, of course, there is the city of Cagliari where tradition and history mix with nightlife and all the city attractions.

Staying indoors when the landscape outside is so spectacular is almost blasphemy. All the same, we have made sure that our rooms offer our guests every comfort and make the experience of resting and getting up in the morning as pleasant as possible. In the both the red and yellow rooms, you will be greeted every morning by the Pan di Zucchero, the sea-stack that looms off the Nebida coast and can be seen from our windows and balconies.

L'Arcobaleno di Chia, Cedro Room

Our room with bathroom is cedar-colored. In the large and comfortable bathroom, you will find the wellness shower equipped with a column with hydromassage jets. We provide a bathrobe, bath towel, hairdryer, quilt (if you come in the winter period), towels, sheets that will be changed weekly (unless otherwise requested) and when guests change. The room will be cleaned every two days unless otherwise agreed.

OUR ROOMS(3) ARE RENTED SINGULARLY OR AS A WHOLE HOUSE. THE PRICE OF 40 EURO REFERS TO THE RENT OF ONE ROOM ONLY! The B&B is an detached villa situated just 100 metres from the beach. Nearby is the pretty tourist harbour of Perd'e Sali. We have 3 double rooms all of which have private bathrooms and are equipped with air conditioning/central heating, fridge,wi-fi ,phon. The B&B is located in Bacu Abis, a mining village between Carbonia and Iglesias. Just 3 km from the sea, in 10/15 minutes you can reach all the most beautiful beaches and coves in our area. The coast is rich in archaeological sites, mines and natural caves. Air-conditioned quadruple room with en-suite bathroom, fridge and kettle. Bedroom with double bed + bunk bed.

La Girandola - Tourist rental

A recently renovated basement, located in Iglesias, La Girandola is just a few minutes from the city center. It is 15 minutes from the beaches of the Gonnesa coast and 50 km from Cagliari-Elmas airport. The service offered includes overnight stays. The use of an oven and stove is NOT provided; at your disposal, the microwave and coffee and tea machines.
