The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Composed by entrance room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area and each room is equipped with air conditioning. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

The dining room and one bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli Beach are about 5 minutes away.
