Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gonneville-sur-Mer

I highly recommend you choose this beautiful house. This experience was perfect from start to finish. Laura is a wonderful host, always available and attentive. The house is simply perfect, the games inside and outside made our children happy. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. All amenities were functional. Thanks again to Laura for letting us spend such a nice time in this little gem.

Emilie's cottage was delightful and the gardens are just stunning. We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the little touches like the homemade apple juice. Our dog loved exploring the grounds and it was very relaxing watching the horses and wildlife from the garden. We would definitely return , it was an idyllic retreat!

If you are looking to explore Bayeux and surrounds you couldn’t stay in a more wonderful spot. The house had everything you could wish for and more - a true home away from home. We loved sitting outside of an afternoon while the kids played. Katrine is a friendly and responsive host, providing recommendations on local places to eat and shop.

The most stunning and fairy tale looking house that I have ever seen, it’s surrounded by nature, the beach is super near. The owner of the property was very kind. The only thing that I would advise is to come with a car if the plan is to move around and visit towns. It’s super difficult and expensive to get Ubers or taxis. Overall this was a beautiful experience and we would’ve loved to stay longer.

Privacy through upstairs living room, nice quiet garden behind house, everything I needed within walking distance. Getting a bike behind the house was difficult due to stairs, small bathroom, light living room.

Nora and Christophe have a lovely house between Houlgate and Villers-sur-mer. The check in and out with Christophe was very pleasant and friendly. Everything was clean and as in the description. We were traveling with two children (3y and 1.5y) and the house and the garden were perfect for them to play and at the same time relaxing for us because there weren‘t any dangerous or delicate things standing around. We enjoyed the short drive to Houlgate Beach (especially in the morning it‘s lovely there)! It‘s also just about 30min to Caen and about 10min to the nearest industrial zone with plenty of shops for your weekly groceries. We would love to come back and can‘t recommend this lovely place enough!

The accommodation was very well located, in the heart of Honfleur and close to restaurants and shops! Also very good in hot weather because the apartment keeps cool very well :) A little extra for the private garden, which was very nice!

Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very good location, very walkable with lots of restaurants and things to do right around the corner. The apartment was very nice and VERY high value. Well worth the low price we paid. Marie was an excellent host, very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again if I came through the area!

We had a wonderful family weekend in a very nice apartment, very well located, with a nice view. The listing and its description perfectly matched the place. The beach and shops are just a stone's throw away. Great for children! And the welcome was perfect! A big thank you to the whole family.

We stayed for a weekend with friends (12 people) at Villa Boubou where Philippe welcomed us warmly and we had a great time. Passionate about American vehicles, we were able to discuss the subject, a good time of sharing. The guardian cat of the😉😄 place is adorable and did not fail to welcome us and spend time with us. Top Amenities. Villa Boubou is a good alternative and well located for visiting museums and landing beaches. I had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel right at home, with clear and friendly communication throughout my stay.

Wonderful house, quiet. Perfect for a group of friends or a large family. There is nothing missing to have a good time and have fun. A total disconnect. Too bad the weather prevented us from fully enjoying the Jacuzzi and the garden.

We had a great time staying here in Merville. We had a group of 12 and it worked great. We really appreciated the beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, clean linens and towels, the beautiful grounds and outdoor sitting areas, and a washer and dryer. Having access to many bikes was also really nice as we went for some evening bike rides and explored the area. The location is nice, too. From the house, we took day trips to the D-Day beaches, Caen, and Mont Saint-Michel. A 10 minute walk into town to visit the bakery, restaurants, or even to go for a swim is also really convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet, so it felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. Thanks, too, for the recommendation to visit the Dupont Orchard to try some calvados! We had a very restful couple of nights staying here at the end of our holiday. Our kids loved the garden and the food outdoor toys and the inside of the house was nicely decorated with everything we needed. Valère and Vanessa were very helpful- proactive with recommendations and they checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay at Hélène's villa! The house is beautiful and perfectly equipped. It offers both very pleasant common living areas as well as well decorated rooms and with very good bedding. The outdoor area is superb, with a very well exposed terrace, and is also perfectly suited to young children with an enclosed space and small games for them. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice, comfortable and well appointed house. We stayed there as a family and all the amenities as well as games for children were a plus! Close to Deauville Trouville, we recommend it!

We went here for an extended family break with small kids. It was perfect! The garden was big with beautiful cherry trees that tasted absolutely delicious! There was so much space for the children to run around and a beautiful terrace so sit out on in the evenings. The house was perfect and kitted out for all we needed. There aren’t many amenities around so you have to drive to the shops but that was fine. The walk to the beach was lovely and only 1km away, the children loved playing there. Louise was very helpful and very responsive, the place was very clean and not cluttered. A very stylish house! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you!
