Holiday rentals with a pool in Goodlettsville

Everything about Rachel & PJ’s home was delightful. From the check in process, to the decor, the cleanliness and the amenities, we felt right at home. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We ended up not getting out to see as much of Nashville as we had originally planned because everyone was having a good time in the home. The only thing the pictures don’t do justice to is just how steep a hill the house is located on. Once you get to the top, the view from the front porch is amazing.

Very spacious home with a lovely sweeping yard and a pool. We fished right off the small dock and my son was delighted that he just kept pulling them in every time he dropped a line. The house is equipped with everything you need and the location is fantastic - close to the highway and Nashville but it still feels like a getaway. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Tennessee for families! Kids loved the pool and I loved the secluded area. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

Tricia, Maria, and Reid were awesome hosts! The house itself is very clean with modern updates and the pictures represent it well. Their home is great for a large group and is about a half hour from downtown Nashville. They were super responsive with communicating and there to answer every question I had. Our family is already looking to book with them again next year!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would 100% choose it again if we come back into town.

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again or recommend my family to stay when they come to Nashville. It was very clean and had everything that you would need for a little trip. The outside of the place actually felt safe because it’s gated in and I believe there were cameras which as a single woman made me feel comfortable. Whenever I had a question I messaged the host and she got back to me immediately so I felt comfortable reaching out. Everything was great thanks Amy!!
