The unit was just as pictured with nice amenities such as a full size kitchen, multiple pools and games. Unit was very spacious and comfortable for two people. The building was very quite and closely located by a large strip mall with several restaurants located near by.

Ideal location near the Biltmore shopping, perfect for a quick visit to see my daughter in college!

This cute unit worked great for my business trip and I was especially thankful to be able to bring my mini Bernedoodle!

Ashley’s place is fantastic! She responds quickly to messages. I actually live in the community and love to have my family and friends so close when they visit. The place is centrally located in Phoenix with restaurants within walking distance. It is a great central base for exploring the surrounding areas of Phoenix!

It was great. I wish they gym was finished but everything else was amazing. It was very clean and big and easy walk to Peoria sports complex. The checking was very accomodating and everything was given to me in advance or my questions were answered abruptly. I would definitely recommend his place especially for spring or fall baseball because it is only 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium.

Dinh is fast at replying let me know hours in advance on how to check in. When arrived the place was nice and clean , liked that their was towels ready to use in the bathroom felt like a hotel. Very beautiful decor ! And modern kitchen!

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

This place is great:) The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I wanted to move in LOL. I’d stay again, me and my family were very happy.

The place was exactly as described in the pictures. Satisfied with how quickly he responded and how easy it was to check in and out. Loved how peaceful and beautiful the place was. Very clean home only bad thing was the floor was dirty, had to mop eventually there was cleaning supplies to do it. Everything else was perfect loved our stay I would say I was satisfied and would stay again. Thank you Sinthushan

Hopes place was just as advertised. A beautiful minimalist space with great views and very quiet. It is a corner unit so you get those floor to ceiling windows around the great balcony. You’re able to see planes take off/land and it comes with 0 noise. The place was clean, instructions were easy to follow, and overall the time was great. There is a good bit to do in the immediate area and getting to most places was fairly easy. Great stay and would come again for sure.

Perfect spot for us! We were intown for the final four basketball tournament being help at at State Farm Stadium. It was about a 10 min drive from the airbnb. The accommodations were just as described. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Phoenix. Highly Recommend

I'm still new to all of this. I usually stay in hotels. I looked and Jean's place was the only one that stood out the most to me. I'm a traveling Electrician and now that I had a great experience with Jean and how much more comfortable it is to just do BnB, I'm hooked. Jean was very friendly and attentive from start to finish! The condo was very cozy and perfect for me. I really enjoyed the week there. Neighbors are quiet and don't bother no one. Parking is hit or miss, only once I had to park around the corner of the condo. Other then that, it's well worth a stay! Thanx Jean for accommodating me!

Area is great and surrounded by lots of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and the view of the mountains was a touch. They were very responsive and had a very detailed instructions of how to get in to the apartment. Amazing place wish i stayed longer. Thank you Tiko and Co for an amazing experience in Phoenix !

Easy to get into and a very beautiful place. The apartment complex is one of the best I've stayed at.

Tracey was a wonderful host. The property was just what we were looking for and the location was great for us. It offered many amenities which we enjoyed using.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend while visiting family. The place was just as expected; beautiful, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived we were unsure of where to go but the host’s assisted answered immediately and helped guide us. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The location was great; central to all things (restaurants, activities- golf, hiking, etc). We enjoyed the coffee shop and the pub on the first floor. We also really enjoyed the pool, it was so relaxing! Our only complaint was the loud street noise at night, but we made due with a sound machine. Overall our experience was very pleasant and would definitely stay again.
