This is the third time that we have stayed at Santiago‘s condo. It’s in a great location walkable to the pool and plenty of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

we found the location to be excellent with easy access to downtown Phoenix and other surrounding communities. the house is nicely decorated to make it feel homey.

The Airbnb was really nice and felt right at home. All the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen/living area were super clean and smelled nice. The community where this house is located is also nice and peaceful. Lastly, Pete and Maria are very welcoming and helped me throughout my stay at their Airbnb. I would highly recommend renting this place for a big family.

I stayed for over a month at Jack's home, and it was an excellent experience, very clean and just as advertised with all necessary amenities. A very convenient location for shopping and restaurants while still being off the busiest of streets for a bit of privacy. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay there again if I were in the Phoenix area.

This is my second stay at this gorgeous three bedroom townhouse!! The location is great and the amenities are amazing! Absolutely everything we needed was available for us to use!! It really feels like home!! We can’t wait to come back again!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the condo! This was the cleanest and most well stocked Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Anything I thought of was available, suntan lotion, towels for the pool, spices for cooking, etc. The condo was a great place to visit with our daughter who lives in AZ. We especially liked being able to walk along the canal in the mornings and visiting downtown Gilbert. Many cute restaurants and live music. Would certainly book again if back in Phoenix.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this air bnb was wonderful.👍🏻 I traveled with my dog and it was so comfortable to take a walk, and there was a Starbucks nearby, so it was great for me to drink coffee every morning. The interior of the accommodation was very tidy and had a washer and dryer, so doing the laundry is a great plus. Parking was also convenient because it had a parking lot dedicated to the townhouse. The only thing to note is that on the other side of the house there is a house with the same unit number. Check the units at the address shown on the map so that you do not make the mistake of ringing the doorbell of the opposite unit without checking the address😂

Everything was great from check in to check out! It is very stylish, was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy, it was great to have a garage to park in, very quiet neighborhood, comfy beds. The shower was Amazing!!! The pool is awesome, a huge Olympic size pool that was never crowded. I will definitely stay again should we travel to Mesa and highly recommend! Very close to many restaurants and next door to an awesome waterpark that our boys enjoyed. Jason was very responsive and accommodated our request for a couple of hours extra on check out day. It’s a great place, stay here!!!

Nate and Brandi are great hosts. They responded immediately to any questions we had and they are very friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed our stay at their unit. The unit itself is very spacious and comfortable. It is extremely well-stocked with dishes, glassware and silverware. There really was nothing we needed that wasn't already stocked in the unit. Also the unit was very clean and well taken care of. Nate and Brandi you were great hosts and we had a great time.

Carrie was a great host! Made everything super easy for us from check-in to check-out. Perfect condo for a golf trip to Scottsdale!

Molly’s place was conveniently located for the purpose of our stay. The area had a number of amenities close by and within walking distance. The suite itself had everything that we needed for our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Molly was a great host. Highly recommend!

I loved this location. Kind of ducked off, just how I like it. I loved the home. Now, it’s 3 stories, so get ready to get in shape ladies and gents. So much space, Zenia responded so quickly, even when I had a small hiccup … home was definitely clean. Garage was able to secure our rental suv with no issues. I took care of this home like it was mines .. I washed the towels and folded them back. I’d stay again if I was coming to Arizona. Thank you Zenia, for hosting myself, my mom, my Godmom and my 3 year old toddler 🙏🏿

Sasha's place was just right, comfortable furniture, nice TV, convenience of kitchen and plenty of utensils and dishware to eat and cook in. Location is great, conveniently located near 3 grocery stores within walking distance, along with a variety of restaurants. Sasha was always available and responded quickly to messages. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Thanks again for the great rental!

Great place to stay! Road by the house is a little noisy in the morning but if you are looking for a place to sleep while you do all of your fun things during the day I can’t recommend it enough!

We can’t say enough about Eddie! The place was super clean and cozy! We were worried about the heat since we’ve been at other places in AZ and it can get hot. Eddie’s place is perfectly positioned so that the sun never hits the unit which made it a very nice and cool place to relax! It was central to everything! Close to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Glendale all the places we needed to be. Took a break between graduation celebrations and relaxed at the pool which was empty for us with a nice table and shade! Pool was clean and well kept. Eddie had all the things we needed and even had some Keurig pods which was perfect since we forgot to buy coffee. The fridge was clean and pristine ready to be filled! I also forgot cooking oil and Eddie had olive oil in the cupboard so I was able to make breakfast. He responds so fast and was very helpful. This is definitely a pristine place and we recommend it for anyone that wants a nice place. Oh!I almost forgot we loved the second bed! Murphy bed

Jalen was a very proactive and kind host. Made the experience worry free from start to end. Also the place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos.
