Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gooise Meren

Rundum perfekt für eine Auszeit mit der Familie! Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser und an einer Strandbar mit Spielplatz für die Kinder. Zudem kann man direkt am Wasser spazieren. Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmospäre und bittet alles, was man für die Auszeit benötigt.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Floris. La maison est bien équipée et se situe dans un quartier calme en pleine nature. La situation est idéale pour aller visiter Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Édam… :)

Wir waren mit einem großen Freundeskreis für vier Tage in Aniques Haus zu Gast. Nach dem persönlichem Empfang und der kleinen Einweisung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche und die Terrasse war unser Place to be und mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir das Dorf und die naturnahe Landschaft um Muiden erkunden. Der großartige Bäcker vor der Tür, und kleinere Lokalitäten haben uns toll mit Speis und Trank versorgt. Das Kochen in der großen Küche war großartig und ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Jeder von uns hatte auch einen Raum/Zimmer als Rückzugsort, da das Haus groß genug war. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die 3 Toiletten bzw. WC‘s haben uns das Zusammenleben erleichtert. Vielen Dank auch für den farbenfrohen Blumenemfang. Wir werden unseren Miniurlaub in Muiden sehr positiv in Erinnerung behalten.

Das Haus von Merlijn und ihrer Familie liegt in einem netten kleinen Dorf am Ijmeer. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Man merkt fest, dass man bei jemanden zu Hause und nicht in einer Touristenunterkunft ist. In der Umgebung findet man einen tollen kleinen Supermarkt, sowie eine Bäckerei und eine Metzgerei. Auch hat es diverse Kaffees und Restaurants.

Wir verbrachten sechs wundervolle Tage in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt am Wasser und nur wenige Gehminuten von einem kleinen Laden, Bäckereien und Cafés entfernt. Die Nähe zu Städten wie Amsterdam, Almere und Utrecht (nur 20-30 Minuten entfernt) macht Ausflüge einfach und angenehm. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders für Familien, Freundesgruppen und Hundebesitzer ist es ideal. Die Umgebung lädt zu Fahrradtouren ein, und die freundliche Atmosphäre trägt zur Entspannung bei. Auch wenn der Preis für die sechs Tage etwas hoch war, würden wir definitiv wiederkommen – der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

La casa es hermosa, grande y muy limpia, es un espacio muy agradable para grupos grandes. Metcheld fue super atenta, ayudó en todo lo que pudo. Hubo solo un par de detalles con la casa, un pequeño corto de electricidad en una extensión al desconectar el cargador que afortunadamente no fue nada grave y un pestillo de una puerta flojo. Fuera de eso fue una estancia muy agradable, super recomendado!

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

We had a great stay at Jorrit’s apartment! It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and close to multiple tram lines that go into central Amsterdam. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Fabulous place in the heart of Amsterdam! Easy to walk to most places, and the tram was close if you want to venture out further. Our family enjoyed people watching from the big open Dutch windows. Very beautiful location. Hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We truly appreciated all the small details and care you put into making our stay so enjoyable. Amazing location. Close walk to everything. Very narrow steep stairs but that was expected. Great for a couple or single wanting a central location in Amsterdam. Good communication and they accommodated our early arrival. Washer was a nice feature for this traveling for a few weeks in Europe.

The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

Great place to stay, very peaceful.

After cycling round the countryside each day with friends, coming back to "Amazinghouse" was an extra treat to look forward to. Plenty of space Inside and out for everybody to chill. Kitchen & dining room very well laid out, so all involved at dinner. Great outside space and garden with good BBQ. Had a wonderful stay & Murielle went above & beyond.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr idyllisch, kein Autoverkehr (ein kleiner Bollerwagen zum Gepäcktransport steht zur Verfügung und ist auch sinnvoll), direkter Zugang zum Wasser inkl. Steg und SUP und gelegentlicher Fluglärm tagsüber vom nahegelegenen Flughafen Schiphol fällt nicht allzu sehr ins Gewicht. Gleichwohl bedarf der Zustand der Küche eines kleinen Upgrades (Fußleisten usw.) und die Fenster könnten mal ausgiebig gereinigt werden. Jan hat schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert.

Caroline is an amazing hostess! She has a customer-centric approach and made everything and beyond to make sure the guests had all they needed. She even purchased a safe after I asked if she had one available, that's how proactive she is! I raised the question in the morning and in the evening I got her message saying she ordered the safe, which was highly appreciated and thoughtful of her! She also made arrangements for dinner in the first night in a lovely restaurant nearby. The family loved the time in her beautiful house! Thank you, Caroline, for your fast communication and flexibility! You are the greatest example of a super host! :)

Wij hebben van begin tot einde genoten, wat een prachtige locatie! Zowel het huis zelf heeft heel veel charme en de tuin is een pareltje. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig om er een zorgeloze vakantie van te maken. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!

It was a nice to escape the city and stay at a spacious, secluded property. The home was beautifully updated, with all new, high-quality amenities that made the stay extra comfortable. The neighborhood had a unique charm. We especially loved the walk to the lake and the cozy local café.
