Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Gordola

We spent two wonderful days in Olga's beautiful house. Everything was even more beautiful than described. They took great care of us. Everything has been explained to us in great detail. And during our stay, Olga wrote to us every day and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Their hospitality was really outstanding. I highly recommend this house to anyone. We were very pleased.

Very cozy accommodation in the Vercasca Valley. If you like it quiet and secluded, you've come to the right place. The property is equipped with everything necessary. It is worth shopping ahead, including firewood. Very recommended.

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. Check in was very smooth. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Had a super good experience! Brand new apartment with fantastic views, delicious breakfast, good instructions and delicious bath with beautiful views. Super customer experience and the host goes that extra mile to make you feel at home and pamper you. If we had to mention a downside, it was the quality of the food ordered, which was somewhat lacking in quality. Keep it up!

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

The accommodation is simply unique! The view with the pool is really gigantic! The accommodation was a dream, we will come back! Everything was as described and in the photos. A super large and modern bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay in Tenero Contra! The house was tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot – perfect for relaxing. We really appreciated the friendly communication with the host, who responded quickly and thoroughly to the few questions we had. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare delicious meals during our stay. One thing to keep in mind: the place might be a bit challenging for taller guests – we’re both over 180 cm and found ourselves bumping our heads on the low door frames and ceiling beams quite a few times. Still, we truly enjoyed our time there and wholeheartedly recommend it. A big plus: we could bring our dog with us! Thank you :)

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. A little paradise – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this wonderful place – and it was just perfect (except the weather)! The apartment is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is decorated with a lot of love for detail and very personally designed, so you feel at home from the first moment. The location is fantastic – quiet, idyllic and with a breathtaking garden on two levels. A real retreat with lots of charm! We would also like to emphasise the hostess: extremely likeable, warm and helpful at all times. You can tell immediately how much you care about making your guests feel comfortable. This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

Terrazza sur lago surpassed expectations! We chose to come in from Lugano by Uber (a new service just offered in 2025), from there you do have some stairs to negotiate to the beautiful apartment. However, another option is to take a scenic ferry ride from Lugano to Gandria if you have time and want fewer stairs. Once you arrive, you will find the sparkling clean apartment better than the photos. The kitchen is spacious and very well fit out. A nice dining table provides great views of Lago Lugano. Two spacious bedrooms, both offer great lake views, one with a walk-out to a large patio area, with table, chairs, umbrella and comfy furniture for kicking back. We ate every breakfast out there taking in the lake. A quick 10 minute Uber ride puts you in Lugano - tons of restaurants, shopping and nite life. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the funicular for Mounte Bré (great views and hikes). In town - try the Olive Trail hike in Gandria or take a ferry tour of the lake. Bellissimo!
