The house is located in the middle of the lake district, between the Klopeinersee, the Gösselsdorfer See, the Sonnegger See and the Turner See. For hiking, the accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta Massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. The cyclists and mountain bikers are not neglected with the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drau bike path. In winter, you can ski, snowshoe and go on ski tours here.

Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
