The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with private wilderness bath, sauna, and outdoor shower. Indoors, there is a cinema, billiards, and table tennis - perfect for both relaxation and fun. The house has 4 bedrooms with room for 8, as well as a lovely annex with room for 4. The house is located in a scenic area with only 2 minutes walk to the beach and bathing jetty. This rare and unique place is located directly on the seafront with a highly magnified view of the sea and the Storebælt Bridge. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 3,100m2 beautiful natural plot with pine trees. Here you can really enjoy the silence and the raw nature. Storebælt is right at your front door. The cottage is cosy furnished, with spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen-dining area. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from all the rooms.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Enjoy the lovely surroundings in one of our 2 cozy Tiny Houses. Get in gear and enjoy our animals in the beautiful nature, with fields as far as the eye can see and maybe a trip in the kayak or hot tub. Cook in the kitchen, on the grill or over a fire. We have sheep, lots of chickens, mischievous cats, and little lambs from March. Relax in this unique and brand new cottage, which is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, with a fantastic view of Jammerland Bay and the Great Belt Bridge. There is always peace and tranquility in a gated community. With plenty of wildlife in the free and wild nature, with deer that often come very close. 11 km to Novo Nordisk, there is a direct back road there, so you don't have to drive in a queue.
