lovely, spacious apartment in the countryside just like the photos. plenty of linens & towels, great hairdryer, good shower pressure & everything we needed for a comfortable stay. they even have a dogsitter you can hire as dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment! lots of lovely restaurants in the surrounding areas.

We were very comfortable in the apartment, very nice and well prepared. Mundaka is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable and clean. The only thing that's a little more difficult is leaving the suitcases because it's in a pedestrian area that you can't enter by car, but nothing dramatic. In short, it's totally worth it

This was a perfect place for our family of four, near the Metro and the beach but in a quiet location. Iker made everything very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quiet location and yet central to explore the area and the sights. Ingenious beaches for walking or surfing max 15 minutes away. The same distance to Bilbao or Gaztelugatxe.

The apartment is fully equipped. Everything you need is here. It's very clean. You look out over the harbor and mountains of Santurtzi, which is very nice. You can easily get to Bilbao by metro. We rented a car at the airport and explored the beautiful Basque Country. So green, beautiful landscape and wonderful beaches. The best place to park the car is downstairs in the Santurtzi parking garage. That costs €6 per 24 hours. Then go to the Santurtzi metro, take the Mamiga exit, then walk to the funicular that takes you up. That saves a huge walk to the apartment. In short, we enjoyed it! Thank you Beatriz.

A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

Space was spotless, views were incredible, beaches walkable. Gorka was incredibly responsive and Igor made checking in a breeze. We picked up fresh fish and steak from the market in Bilbao and really enjoyed the charcoal grill. We loved watching the tides roll in and out of the estuary from the deck. The view changes by the hour!

For anyone going with dog(s). Two long walkable paths along the river for your dog(s) just across national road (50-100) from the house itself. Izaskun is animal lover, and she is super tolerant in that sense. The yard in front of the house has wall so if your dog is not cangaroo you are good. Everything about the place is more that good, not to write more superlatives than all 5 star notes I left to Izaskun. Nice weekend - we will probably repeat.

Mikel was very responsive and met us outside to drive with us into the car parking and to show us around the property.The apartment is as listed and is a short bus or subway drive to the center of Bilbao. Would highly recommended this property.

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

Amazing apartment in a wonderful location. A walkable distance to the beach and some amazing places to eat and drink nearby. Jesus and his wife were amazing hosts too & went above and beyond to help with our needs. This included helping me after spraining my ankle by arranging a friend to pick me up to take me to local medical centre & getting myself fixed up so I could attend the football final we had flown over for. I would highly recommend the apartment and I’ll definitely would be making a return visit one day.

Alejandro was a great host and the apartment was fabulous. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and well appointed, it is excellent value for money. The views from the balcony are amazing and the general location is beautiful.

Great location in old town. The apartment is very spacious and had all amenities. Everything you need is a walk away. Highly recommend. Check in was a little complicated. I would recommend using Apple Maps to go to the actual address provided. Something about using google maps did not work. As long as host provides pictures it’s easy to find.

Hosts were extremely helpful. You get the ground floor & basement of their large family home to yourselves. Plenty of room. Cake & wine on arrival. Perfect base to see the Basque region & watch your team win the Europa League! Eskerrik asko!

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great point in favor!

Nahi is a great hostess! She accomodated my late arrival and was kind to bring some stuff for my cat. The apartment is spacious and neat, contains all necessary things to make you feel like home. The area is quite and cozy with some local shops and bars nearby. Highly recommend if you want to stay outside of busy city centre, and do not mind exploring Bilbao's surroundings.
