A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Waldvilla: Vacation home on the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the expanse of nature, social gatherings in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. Billiards, sauna & large terrace

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the property, the exposed old beams are reminiscent of the history of the building. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 16 people as well as a large terrace, a multifunctional billiard/air hockey/table tennis table and a sauna. By car or train you can quickly reach the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund.

Alte Försterei

Winter special: Ice bathing in the swimming pond at 2 degrees water temperature 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety.
