The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. Thus, the accommodation invites you to relax and go hiking. But Chemnitz city center is also within half an hour. The connection by the Citybahn is perfect, as it runs to Chemnitz main station every 30 minutes during the day (stop only 5 minutes away).

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
