The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. The apartment is located in the attic of the house, consisting of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace that has a panoramic view of the bay, the Karinsko Sea, the Zrmanja River Canyon and the beautiful Velebit. The property has a parking lot and a gazebo with a barbecue where you can have a nice time. There is also a room with a washing machine available in the gazebo. The shop and restaurant are 20 m from the property. The Zrmanja River waterfalls are 20 km away, Starigrad-Paklenica 50 km, Zadar 35 km

Upper floor with 2 bedrooms 1 queen size bed and 2 singular beds,bedsofa for 2, bathroom and a small kitchen with a living room. Beautiful view in the balcony and only 3-4 minutes walking distance to a nice beach. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Allround it’s a nice and tidy place to relax and everything close to a walking distance. Perfect for a family that’s just want to relax and don’t have to do anything. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. There is a staircase to the upper floor.

House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away
