It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The host responds super quickly to messages. This allowed us to book the apartment at short notice. The contact was very nice and there was always a quick response and helped with questions. The apartment is new and very chic. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are plenty of dishes etc. The apartment is in a quiet location and you had your peace. We felt very comfortable there and would be happy to come back at any time.

Beautiful home decor, beautiful location, great jacuzzi, very comfortable bed. Contact with Marco was very quick and pleasant, a great host. I will remember with laughter the visit of the marten in the apartment, which visited us when we were in the jacuzzi and broke a glass! Wonderful creature! My dog also loved this place :) we will come back!

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

Aunt Ivanka is adorable, every night when I came back I would be greeted by a warm house because my aunt would make a fire while I was gone (in agreement with me of course). And does a super cheese pie! The place is exactly what it looks like in the picture, all the kudos.

The house is very well equipped with quite private rear garden. The location assures very little traffic. The jacuzzi works great. There is plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade provided on huge sun decks. There is also plenty of shade from trees when it gets too hot. The barbecue is large. One needs a car at this location because the village has no shop. There is extra on-road parking in front of the house in addition to one gated car port. The views are very pleasant. The house has some air conditioners but to be fair it is built so well that one could live without them even in temperatures reaching low 30s. We had a very pleasant stay and I can highly recommend Ana's place.
