Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Villa Stancija Kavali guesthouse - Opatija

Villa Stancija Kavali is a newly renovated stone house in a rural setting. The accommodation is unique, in untouched nature, along the edge of the forest, with outdoor terraces. It's extremely peaceful and quiet. The house is located in the hamlet of Sušnja, in the village of Zvoneća. The nearest beach is 7 km away, in Opatija. The house offers a shared living area with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, wi-fi, parking. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, each room has its own bathroom, smart TV and air conditioning.

The cottage reflects the time between the two world wars, as the Rapallo border (1920) ran above it. It offers all the necessary comfort and charm of the past. It is located in the Natura 2000 area, which is adjacent to the Snežnik Regional Park. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the nearby surroundings (Snežnik, Pivka plateau,...) as well as wider (Kvarner, Brkini,...), where you can take our e-bikes, which are included in the price of accommodation (two nights one day free use of bicycles).

Stunning, over 100 years old stone barn, meticulously renovated, furnished with vintage pieces, located in a peaceful village in the middle of the upcoming Slovenian wine region. The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.
