Willkommen in unserer Hütte31 ! Sie mieten ein ganzes Haus über drei Etagen direkt in der Goslarer Altstadt, ein 6-7 minütiger Fußweg vom Marktplatz entfernt! Die Unterkunft verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett sowie einem großem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie ein Gäste-WC. Ein kleiner Hof mit Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeit steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Parkplatz 200m entfernt. Be-und Entladen jederzeit möglich. Supermarkt um die Ecke.

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Altstadthäuschen auf drei Etagen. Nach Komplettsanierung ist dieses erstmals seit Dez 2023 als FH buchbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ihr 5* Feriendomizil lt. DTV-Klassifizierung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marktplatz der historischen Altstadt entfernt, sowie zur Kaiserpfalz. Außerdem fussläufig zum Wald, Rammelsberg etc. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

A highlight in the World Heritage city of Goslar is the market square, which is a 5-minute walk from this exceptional apartment. It is located in a rear courtyard directly in the old town. Via a separate entrance you enter the staircase to reach the living area with living room, open kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. From there you can enter the balcony. On the upper floor there are bedrooms and children's rooms. Rental from 2 nights.

In the garden house, you have the option to store your bicycles. The vacation home has free Wi-Fi and Netflix. The entire house has air conditioning. A small welcome package awaits each guest. We are happy to offer you guided bike tours through the Harz Mountains. We welcome four-legged guests.

Außerdem haben wir einen Garten und 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Sie wohnen hier im alten Tagelöhner Haus von 1510 in sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in der Stadt Goslar.

Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
