The house of La Providenca is located in a quiet part of the city. It is 3.5 km from the nearest sandy beach. There are many marked hiking and biking trails in the area. In the garden there is a large hot tub with sunbathing area and an outdoor kitchen, toilet and IC sauna for cooler days. There is also a sports equipment storage next to the house. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. We went to the Plitvice lakes, we did a nice mountain bike route twice, explored the island with a quad and a five islands boat trip from Punat. The bay is within walking distance, you can swim there

We had a wonderful one week stay at Vedran’s apartment. It’s centrally located, next to the beach, just as described. Walkable distance from everything. Apartment was nice and tidy, has all the essential amenities, and was really comfortable for staying with our toddler son. It was super easy to communicate to Vedran, he was always responsive. We are definitely coming back next year. We loved everything.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house on this amazing island. Everything looked tip top and so nice new! The temperature on Krk was quite high so we used the pool daily. Wonderful. Everything was present both inside and outside. A cozy terrace with mood lighting for the warm evenings and comfortable sunbeds by the pool. The folder was full of tips about the island we used. We'd love to come back to this beautiful place.
