The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. The high ceilings and large windows give a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or set their light temperature as desired.

On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.

The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also a possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.
