Holiday rentals with a patio in Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Carlos' and Nina's place! Great location and the apt was very cute and clean. The rooftop terrace had amazing views and we could walk to everything. Perfect space for two, and three or four can also fit. We would definitely stay here again!

Math was very responsive with our questions. We requested more towels and he had them dropped off in the apartment very quickly!

Very nice host and apartment , very spacious and well equipped. Modern and very clean. Nice Terrasse area to chill and the 3 bathrooms for sure is perfect for traveling with groups . Very time efficient with that . Hot water is well supplied . Only the building elevator sometimes not working fully but there are 4 to use , which will be not problem at all.

Fab location near Sagrada Familia. Walkable to restaurants, Gothic quarter, beach/ marina shopping, and easy to commute by taxi or public transit anywhere in Barcelona. Niki was accommodating in our late arrival and met us at the apartment. She was responsive anytime we asked for any information about the area or the city in general. Couldn’t ask for a better host. She also left us wine, water, and some treats for check-in, which was very thoughtful

As everyone else’s reviews boast, Juan is an incredible host. He’s kind and thoughtful, proactive in his support and communication, and we loved working with him. We had our two kids under 5 and found the bedroom with two beds comfortable for them. We did have some loud partiers staying at the same time as us in other units that somewhat impacted a couple of nights but totally outside of Juan’s control. The area was incredibly located for us to be able to walk everywhere and we are excited for a future visit to Barcelona to stay with Juan hopefully again.

We had a great stay here! It was easy to find and had tons of walkable places nearby. The place was spacious and clean. We did run into one problem with having no hot water, but our host responded fast and they quickly came to fix the issue and it was great after that. We had a wonderful time & would highly recommend staying here!

Best location! In the center of everything. Walking distance to many tourists attractions, restaurants and shops, yet still pretty quiet at night! Hanane is a great host, responsive, friendly, accommodating and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. Will try to book here again next time!

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

Xu's house is in a very convenient location with public transport (both subway and bus). There is a well-stocked supermarket and a playground in front. The photos reflect the reality of the house. For Barcelona, it's a good value for the money.

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

Thanks again for this stay, quality accommodation with a cleanliness never seen for an Airbnb. A tortilla is left in the fridge on arrival as well as some basic products. A breathtaking view. Thank you again!

We had a great stay at Zayda’s place! It was the perfect place and location as we were in town for a music festival. Zayda was very prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return and book this stay again!

My 5 day stay in Barcelona could not have been better and this is largely due to this beautiful Air B&B. The views are amazing! Sitting out on the patio for sunrises and sunsets was a daily joy. It is easy to get everywhere from Martin’s place and it is relatively quiet. Both Martin’s were very responsive and kind. I would most definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is extremely convenient if you’re using the metro, it’s right next to the station. While there aren’t many tourist attractions within walking distance, the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the TV setup :) we were able to catch a few soccer games, which added a fun touch to our evenings! Communication was excellent; our host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

Nice apartment with good amenities. Close to a metro stop, so you have a good connection with the rest of Barcelona.

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is on the top floor, with a nice view of the Les Tres Xemeneies. We found it to be true to the pictures and description, very close to metro & bus station. The hosts communicated very nicely, proactively and timely. Definitely recommend!
